All have been carefully selected after successfully undergoing a typically rigorous Academy of Plumbing selection process, which consists of three in-depth interviews and a compulsory customer service induction day.
Meet the Team:
	Terry Rayner Chairman His ambition was to transform and bring innovation to the industry, as London’s leading Plumbing & Drainage company The Academy’s success is testimony to his vision.		Bradley Rayner Managing Director One of the two founder members of the company, who continuously motivates the Academy team with his never-say-die-can-do attitude.
	Cadi Rayner Financial Director A first-class accountant with a good business brain, has worked for The Academy from day one.		Frankie Rayner Director Started off as a plumbing apprentice, learning the trade and is now in charge of Sales & Marketing and a Director of the Company
	Ellie Pummell Financial Manager Has worked closely alongside Cadi Rayner for the past 8 years in the financial department.		Stevie Rayner Logistics & Resources Manager The ‘experts expert’, formerly an engineer he is a veritable mine of information in the Plumbing & Heating field.
	Manish Chudasama Senior Operations Manager Joined the company in 2000 and soon established his role as our Senior Operations Controller.		Alan Lile Operations controller Alan recently joined the Academy team in July 2007, as well as being an Operations Controller Alan specialises in customer care and liaison.
	Colin Howard Night Operations Manager Its 2am you need a plumber fast! Colin is the man who will despatch an engineer immediately to your rescue.		Julian Campbell Senior Quality Control Manager Formerly a lecturer in Plumbing & Heating at Lewisham College, brings a wealth of knowledge & experience to our customers.
