I am writing to say what a brilliant job Paul did for us this evening.

At 8pm my husband sliced a radiator pipe with a sander. At 21:15 Paul, like a knight in shining armour turned up to fix everything after a call to Homeserve. Paul was brilliant-on time, knew what to do, soldered the pipe. He was brilliant, quite frankly the best service we have had from a plumber in a long time.

Just a brief mail to thank you for the efficient way you dealt with the leak caused by our operatives at the above address last week.

We were told that your engineer would attend between 4:00pm and 6:00pm and he turned up before 5:00pm.

He then quickly ascertained what the problem was and fixed it.

We were able to clear site by 5:45pm. 

We were extremely pleased with the efficiency showed by your office staff who initially dealt with my enquiry and the subsequent very prompt arrival of your engineer. 

He carried out the necessary repair with the minimum of disruption thus enabling the re-instalment of the mains water supply to the building and the various trading concerns thus affected. 

We will contact you if further plumbing emergencies arise in the future on any of our sites within the M25 and will have no hesitation in recommending yourselves and your services to third parties.
